Groups

We believe it’s in group environments where life-change happens best!
Connect. Grow. Serve.

No matter the season of life you find yourself in, small groups help us stay connected. At Church of the King, we exist to reach people with the love of God and to build lives on Jesus as the hope of the world.

Freedom Groups

Contact: freedom@cotk.us
Starts: February 16, 2026

FREEDOM is a 10-week small group study designed to equip you to remove the things that hinder your relationship with God. Through this study, you’ll gain the tools to overcome obstacles and step into the life of victory and purpose that God has for you.

Bible Deep Dive

Sundays, during 9:15 AM service
Outside room, Starts February 1

Reading the Bible is essential—but if you want to go to the next level, you’ve got to dive deeper.

In this class, we may have to break down the Hebrew and Greek to understand what the original authors intended, and we will also utilize extra-biblical sources to gain greater context for what’s happening in the classic Bible stories you grew up with.

FAQS

What are Groups?

Groups are exactly what they sound like – groups of people joining together to get to know each other, ask questions, and learn more about who God is.

When can I join a Group?

We launch groups twice a year—each Spring and Fall—so those are the best times to jump in! If it’s outside of a launch season, you’re still welcome to get connected. We gather on Wednesday nights and often meet in smaller groups then, so there’s always a way to belong and grow with others.

Where do Groups meet?

Groups meet all across our city in backyards, office buildings, neighborhood parks, church buildings, and living rooms!
